What are the benefits of subscribing, and which products are eligible?
Subscribing saves you time and money with regular deliveries and discounts on selected products. Subscribe & Go is only available for non-medication products and excludes express delivery. Eligible items will show subscription options on their product pages.
Subscribe & Go is not available for businesses or resellers.
How do I manage, change or skip my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time via your account. You’re able to update frequency, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription. You can also change your delivery address or modify product quantities.
To change your delivery address:
Step 1: Go to the 'Manage Addresses' section of ‘My Account’ and add a new address.
Step 2: Go to the 'Subscribe & Go' section of 'My Account' and edit the subscription you want to update.
Step 3: Choose your new address from the ‘Shipping To’ dropdown and click ‘Update my subscription’. This will ensure your subscription is delivered to your new address for all upcoming orders.
You’ll receive a reminder 3 days before your next subscription order is processed. Changes to your order can be made up until the day before it’s due to be processed.
To add new products or swap items, you’ll need to create a new subscription.
How does payment work for subscriptions?
Subscriptions must be paid by credit/debit card. Cards linked to active subscriptions can’t be deleted until the subscription payment method is changed or cancelled. You’ll be charged on your scheduled frequency date, and prices reflect the website listing at the time of payment. No hidden fees apply.
To change your payment card:
Step 1: Go to the 'Saved Payment Cards’' section of ‘My Account’ and add a new card.
Step 2: Go to the 'Subscribe & Go' section of 'My Account' and edit the subscription you want to update.
Step 3: Choose your new card from the ‘Payment Method’ dropdown and click ‘Update my subscription’. This will ensure your subscription payment is taken from your new card for all upcoming orders.
If your payment fails, the system will retry for 3 consecutive days before skipping to the next scheduled date. You will be notified by email.
Will the price of my subscription be locked and remain the same?
The price charged for each product in the subscription will be the price advertised on the website on the date that payment is taken, less your Subscribe & Go discount.
If at that time, the subscription product is on a promotional offer with discount greater than the subscribe & go discount, you will be charged the promotional price for that order. Once that offer has ended, your pricing will revert to the product RRP, less the Subscribe & Go discount.
How is my subscription delivered, and are there extra delivery charges?
Orders are dispatched after payment and typically arrive within 3–5 working days. If multiple subscriptions are processed on the same day to the same address and paid with the same card, they’ll be merged to avoid extra delivery charges. One-time products can be added to your basket, but won’t be part of your subscription.
What if I have issues with my subscription, or a product is unavailable?
If your subscription product is out of stock, you will be notified, and the system retries for 3 days before skipping to the next scheduled date. You will be kept informed throughout the process. If an item has been discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your subscription.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription up to the day before your order is placed, with no cancellation fees. Refunds follow our standard policy.
