Specific FKD Kidney Support Dry Cat Food is a dry food designed to provide nutritional support for adult cats with reduced heart, kidney and/or liver function.

High levels of Omega 3 from fish, reduced protein and carefully balanced vitamins and minerals support blood pressure and reduce kidney workload.

Key benefits: 

  • Lower mineral and protein levels to reduce kidney workload along with proteins of high biological value, which provide all of the protein requirements even with the reduced levels
  • Contains high levels of fish oil to support the heart rhythm and blood pressure, which can also support kidney function
  • Restricted phosphorus content supports normal blood pressure and slows decline in kidney function
  • With lower protein, added potassium citrate and alkaline urine to help prevent the formation of calcium oxalate, urate or crystal stones
  • Packed under nitrogen to preserve the fragile Omega-3 fish oils

For adult cats with kidney and heart disease or cats with calcium oxalate, urate and cystine stones.

Ingredients: Maize, maize protein, pork fat, fish oil, egg powder, potato protein, maize starch, cellulose powder, animal protein hydrolysate, beet pulp, minerals (including tripotassium citrate), vitamins and trace elements (including chelated trace elements), Antarctic krill, fish meal, taurine, psyllium husk, tryptophan, lysine, L-carnitine. With natural antioxidants (tocopherols, rosemary extract and vitamin C).
