Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Sensitivity Control Dry Cat Food

ROYAL CANIN® Sensitivity Control is a sensitive cat food with precisely balanced nutrients that is specifically formulated to meet the nutritional needs of cats with a nutrient intolerance. 

This food uses a blend of fibres and prebiotics which help to maintain a healthy digestive system for optimal digestive security.  If you're considering mixed feeding, be sure to follow Royal Canin feeding guidelines to ensure your cat gets an accurate amount of both wet and dry food for optimal benefit.

Suitable for:

  • Cats with Adverse Food Reactions
  • Cats with dermatological and/or gastro-intestinal signs of a food intolerance
  • Chronic diarrhoea

As part of the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Range, it is important that this product is only fed to your pet when recommended by a veterinary professional. Transitioning your pet from one diet to another should be a smooth and gradual process over a 7-10-day period. Please ensure you follow the correct rationing amount, especially when mix-feeding. To cater to each cat's individual preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Sensitivity Control is also available as a wet food (thin slices in gravy).

ROYAL CANIN® SENSITIVITY CONTROL dry is a complete dietetic feed for cats formulated for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances. Selected and limited number of protein sources and selected carbohydrate sources.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Feed SENSITIVITY CONTROL dry for 3 to 8 weeks: if signs of intolerance disappear this feed can be used initially up to one year.

Composition: Rice, dehydrated duck protein, vegetable fibres, hydrolysed poultry proteins, minerals, animal fat, fish oil, soya oil, mono - and diglycerides of palmitic and stearic acids esterified with citric acid, marigold meal.
Protein sources: dehydrated duck protein (30.8%), hydrolysed poultry proteins (5.4%). Carbohydrate source: rice (43.2%).

Additives (per kg): Nutritional additives: Vitamin A: 31000 IU, Vitamin D3: 700 IU, Iron (3b103): 38 mg, Iodine (3b201, 3b202): 3.4 mg, Copper (3b405, 3b406): 14 mg, Manganese (3b502, 3b504): 50 mg, Zinc (3b603, 3b605, 3b606): 147 mg, Selenium (3b801, 3b811, 3b812): 0.24 mg - Preservatives - Antioxidants.

Analytical constituents: Protein: 27% - Fat content: 11% - Crude ash: 9.6% - Crude fibres: 6.1% - Essential fatty acids (Linoleic acid: 2.4% - Arachidonic acid: 0.06%), EPA/DHA: 0.35% - Omega-3 fatty acids: 0.72%.
