Feeding Guide:
See table/back of pack.
The suggested daily food intake for weight loss is based on the dog’s current weight, average caloric requirements and a desired weight loss of 1-2% of body weight per week. Daily food intake should be adjusted approximately every 4 weeks, based on the dog's body weight.
This diet can be fed long term for dogs prone to weight gain using the maintenance feeding quantities.
In case of hyperlipidaemia the recommended period of use is initially up to 2 months, although it can be used long term.
For the regulation of glucose supply, the recommended period of use is initially up to 6 months.
It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use. Water should always be available.
For each additional 5kg of body weight, feed an additional 25g of dry food or 1/3 can per day for weight loss, and feed an additional 30g of dry food or 1/2 can per day for weight maintenance.
