Protexin Veterinary Pro-Enzorb Pancreatic Support Probiotics for Cats and Dogs

Protexin Pro-Enzorb is a supplement which supports Exocrine Pancreatic Function. Pro-Enzorb Capsules contain a highly active blend of three pancreatic enzymes; Lipase, Amylase and Protease. These enzymes are purified and concentrated and made into micropellets which are coated with a special enteric-coating.

This coating protects the enzymes from the low pH of the stomach allowing them to reach the small intestine, where their digestive action is actually required. Once in the alkaline environment of the duodenum, the enteric-coating is broken down, releasing the pancreatic enzymes which act to digest fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

  • For the management of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (epi). 
  • Pro-entomb contains a highly active blend of three pancreatic enzymes - lipase, amylase and protease. 
  • Enzymes are coated to provide complete protection from the low ph. of the stomach. 
  • Contains cyanocobalamin (vitamin b12) to support and maintain normal blood cobalamin levels. 
  • Probiotics to regulate the intestinal microflora.

Each capsule contains:

  • 480mg Pancreatin enteric-coated micro-pellets
  • Lipase 27,050 Ph. Eur. U. (minimum)
  • Amylase 22,604 Ph. Eur. U. (minimum)
  • Protease 1,325 Ph. Eur. U. (minimum)
  • Enterococcus faecium (NCIMB 10415) E1707 1 x 108 CFU
  • Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1mg

Recommended number of capsules to administer per day:

  • Body weight* <20kg - 1 capsule per day
  • Body weight* >20kg - 2 capsules per day

*Indicated species: Dogs.

DO NOT ADMINISTER CAPSULES WHOLE. Capsules should be opened and the contents carefully mixed with food.
