KalmAid Calming Liquid for Cats and Dogs 250ml

KalmAid Calming Liquid for Cats and Dogs is suitable in situations where pets have become fearful or anxious e.g. thunderstorms, travel, separation from the owner, or new environments.

It can also be used as an aid to reduce unwanted or unruly behaviour.

Features:

  • Made with a tasty caramel flavour to make it more palatable and easier to administer.
  • Contains L-Tryptophan, which is an essential amino acid, affecting the production of serotonin. Serotonin has a calming and relaxing effect, as does L-theanine, another amino acid.
  • Thiamine (vitamin B1) is added, as deficiency of this has been associated with nervous disorders.

Directions for use:

Can be given in addition to any other supplements and is suitable for dogs and cats.

Safe for puppies and kittens, however maximum intake should be 0.5ml per kg or 0.25ml per lb.

For short term use, give 1-2 hours before an anxious event.

Dosage:

Under 5g 5ml - 2 Pumps

5 - 10kg 10ml - 4 Pumps

10 - 20kg 15ml - 6 Pumps

20 - 30kg 20ml - 8 Pumps

Over 30kg 25ml - 10 Pumps
