Eqvalan® Ivermectin Horse and Donkey Wormer - Single Syringe

For the treatment and control of adult and immature roundworms, lungworms and bots.

Not effective for treating tapeworms, use Eqvalan Duo® for tapeworm treatment.

Contraindications:

• The product has been formulated specifically for use in horses and donkeys only
• Dogs and cats may be adversely affected by the concentration of ivermectin in this product if they are allowed to ingest spilled paste or have access to used syringes

All horses must be registered as individuals.

You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use.

Administration:

• Safe for use in pregnant mares and young foals
• Each syringe treats up to 600kg bodyweight
• Foals should be treated initially at 6 to 8 weeks of age and then every 8 weeks until they are 18 months old
• Older horses should be treated every 8 to 10 weeks if required

Dosage:

• The recommended dose is 1.29g of paste per 100kg bodyweight in a single treatment
• Bodyweight and dosage should be accurately determined prior to treatment
• The contents of one syringe will treat horses up to 600kg
• Calibrated markings are provided at 100kg bodyweight intervals
• The syringe should be adjusted to the calculated dosage by setting the ring on the appropriate place on the plunger
