Eqvalan Duo® Ivermectin Praziquantel Horse Wormer - Single Syringe

Eqvalan Duo® Horse Wormer contains 1.55% ivermectin and 7.75 praziquantel in each syringe.

It is used for the treatment of mixed cestode and nematode or arthropod infestations in horses. The product treats and controls tapeworms, large and small strongyles, hairworms, pinworms, roundworms(ascarids), neck threadworms, intestinal threadworms, large-mouth stomach worms, bots, lungworms and cutaneous onchocerchiasis in horses.

Contraindications:

• The veterinary medicinal product has been formulated for use in horses only
• Cats, Dogs, especially Collies, Old English Sheepdogs and related breeds or crosses, and also turtles and tortoises may be adversely affected by the concentration of ivermectin in this veterinary medicinal product if they are allowed to ingest spilled paste or have access to used syringes

All horses must be registered as individuals.

You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use

Dosage:

• The recommended dose is 1.29g of paste per 100kg bodyweight in a single treatment
• Bodyweight and dosage should be accurately determined prior to treatment
• The contents of one syringe will treat horses up to 600kg
• Calibrated markings are provided at 100kg bodyweight intervals
• The syringe should be adjusted to the calculated dosage by setting the ring on the appropriate place on the plunger
• Please consult your veterinary surgeon for further advice

Shelf Life:

• Shelf life after first opening the immediate packaging: 2 years

• Store in the original container
• Replace the cap after use
