Beaphar Anti-Parasite Spot-On for Golden Hamsters and Gerbils is an effective, veterinary strength medicine containing ivermectin to treat lice, fleas, mange mites, other mites and roundworms in small animals. Controls parasites for up to four weeks. Suitable for hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats and guinea pigs weighing 50-300g

Easy to apply:

  • Part the coat behind the neck until the skin is visible.
  • Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze gently to empty its contents onto the skin.
  • The active formula will then spread across the body and keep your pet protected. Dosage will vary on pet weight.
  • It is recommended to treat all the animals in the cage or hutch at the same time, and treat the environment with a suitable insecticide.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE ON RUSSIAN, ROBOROVSKI, CHINESE OR DWARF HAMSTERS, AS THEY USUALLY WEIGH LESS THAN 50g AND THIS COULD RESULT IN OVERDOSING.

Dosage Guide:

Weigh your pet carefully before application and use the following table to calculate the correct dose.

  • Animals weighing 50g: Apply 1 pipette
  • Animals weighing 50-100g: Apply 2 pipettes
  • Animals weighing 100-150g: Apply 3 pipettes
  • Animals weighing 150-200g: Apply 4 pipettes
  • Animals weighing 200-250g: Apply 5 pipettes
  • Animals weighing 250-300g: Apply 6 pipettes
